Here at Confession, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition (for physical goods).

  • For digital products/services, the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or consumed beyond a reasonable limit.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloaded or accessed digital products (unless they are defective or not as described)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Services that have already been rendered or partially completed

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@confessbyeon.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or receipt

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Supporting documentation or photos, if applicable

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, an exchange for an item of equivalent value or store credit may be issued instead.

  • Return shipping (for physical goods) is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or sent in error.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement again.

  • Then, contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@confessbyeon.com.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

A. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • We offer cancellation of monthly subscriptions but no refund for the month you have paid for. The subscription and service will end when the month ends.

  • Refunds for preordered books are processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Free membership access, which comes with preordered books, ends when the refund is processed.

  • No refund of book shipped and purchased.

  • Digital goods, such as ebooks, videos, and audio files, cannot be refunded once it is delivered. Customers keep the digital goods for personal use and do not own the license nor allowed to upload digital goods and share with others.
