How do I see the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking or access details. You can also log in to your account to view your order history and status.

What do I do if I have problems with my order?

Please check what payment type you used and, if possible, use another payment method. If your order arrives and you notice an error, you must report it within a maximum of 14 days from the purchase date. For additional information, please refer down below.

When will I receive my items/membership?

Physical products: Will be offered soon!

1. Digital products/memberships: Access is usually granted instantly or within a few minutes of purchase. If you haven’t received anything, check your spam folder or contact us info@confessbyeon.com

How do coupons work?

Simply enter your coupon code at checkout. Discounts will be applied automatically if the code is valid and meets the terms. Most codes are one-time use and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Afterpay/Clearpay, Klarna, and Link by Stripe.

Why is my credit card being declined?

There are a few possible reasons:

• The billing info doesn't match your card's records.

• Your card has expired or lacks sufficient funds.

• Your bank flagged the transaction as suspicious. Try re-entering your details or contact your bank for more info.

What does it mean when a PayPal transaction is pending?

A pending PayPal transaction means the payment hasn’t fully gone through yet. This could be due to an eCheck, bank processing delay, or an issue on PayPal’s end. Once cleared, your order will be processed.
